Terms of Service
Terms for using PublishPilot publishing, credits, and subscriptions.
Last updated: 2026-08-09
Agreement and Eligibility
By using PublishPilot, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must use the service only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage.
Service Description
PublishPilot provides a paid interface for connecting an AiToEarn workspace, selecting authorized publishing accounts, scheduling content, and tracking delivery. AiToEarn and destination platforms are independent third-party services. Their availability, authorization rules, content formats, review processes, and outages are outside our control.
Accounts and Credentials
You are responsible for securing your PublishPilot account and AiToEarn API key. Do not share access or use credentials that belong to another person or organization without permission. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content and Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and publishing activity comply with applicable laws and each destination platform's rules.
You may not use PublishPilot to distribute spam, malware, deceptive content, unlawful material, or content that infringes another party's rights; probe or disrupt the service; bypass usage limits; or access accounts without authorization.
Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
One publishing job consumes the number of credits shown before submission. In the current service, the default cost is one credit per single-account job. If a tracked delivery reaches a failed state, the consumed credits are automatically restored. A successful or still-processing job is not automatically refunded.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew until canceled. Plan allowances, prices, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally create a prorated refund. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Service Changes and Suspension
We may modify features, limits, integrations, or prices with reasonable notice when practical. We may suspend access to protect the service or address a violation. You may stop using the service and cancel an eligible subscription at any time.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every third-party platform will accept or publish every post at a specific time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform enforcement decisions, or failures caused by third-party services.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and will identify material changes by a revised date or in-product notice. For questions, contact us through the support channel listed on the website.
