Refund Policy
Eligibility, timing, and process for PublishPilot refund requests.

Failed Publishing Jobs
When a tracked publishing job reaches a failed state, PublishPilot automatically restores the credits consumed by that job. No separate refund request is needed for that credit reversal.
Subscription and Payment Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of an initial subscription purchase if no credits from that purchase have been consumed. We also review duplicate charges and payments made during a verified service failure.
Renewal charges, partially used credit packages, successfully completed publishing jobs, and unused time after a voluntary cancellation are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription from billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and remains effective through the already-paid billing period unless the service states otherwise.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support from the email address associated with your account. Include the order identifier, payment date, plan, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or API keys.
We aim to review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Mandatory Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location. If those rights conflict with this policy, the applicable law controls.
