Overview

This policy explains how PublishPilot collects and uses information when you connect an AiToEarn workspace, create publishing jobs, and purchase publishing credits.

Information We Process

We may process:

• Account data: your name, email address, profile details, locale, and authentication records.
• Connection data: the AiToEarn API origin you select and an encrypted copy of the API key you provide.
• Publishing data: authorized account identifiers and display names returned by AiToEarn, post titles and bodies, public media URLs, requested publishing times, delivery status, result links, and platform errors.
• Billing data: orders, subscriptions, credit balances, and transaction history. Full payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by PublishPilot.
• Technical data: browser, device, IP address, cookies required for sessions, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

We do not ask for or store the passwords to your connected social accounts. Social authorization is completed in your AiToEarn workspace.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate you, verify your AiToEarn connection, submit and track publishing jobs, maintain credit and billing records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and provide support.

AiToEarn and Publishing Platforms

Publishing requests and the content needed to fulfill them are sent to the AiToEarn origin you connect. AiToEarn and each destination platform process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before connecting an account or submitting content.

Security and Retention

Saved AiToEarn API keys are encrypted at rest when the required server encryption key is configured. Access is limited to server-side publishing operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Disconnecting AiToEarn removes the saved connection credential. Publishing, billing, and security records may be retained for account history, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion subject to records we must retain.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, support, and publishing delivery; when required by law; or to protect users and the service.

Your Choices

You can update account information, disconnect AiToEarn, cancel an eligible subscription, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Rights and response periods may vary by location.
